How To Request A Prescription Refill Using The Patient Portal Through The Healow App

  • 1. Log In to Your Portal.

  • 2. Under current, click Refill Request.

  • 3. Select the medication, or medications you would like to refill.

  • 4. Click Refill Request.

  • 5. Select the pharmacy that the prescription needs to be sent to.

  • 6. A space is available to add comments if needed.

  • 7. Click Submit.

If you have trouble accessing your portal, our receptionists will be happy to assist you with your login information.

Please note: Multiple calls to our office may delay response time. Phone requests can take up to 72 hours.

Medication refills
Call your pharmacy to request medication refills. The pharmacy will contact us if an updated prescription is needed in the event there are no refills remaining.

Please note: Please note it can take up to 48 hours to process ELECTRONIC refill requests. Your pharmacy will contact you when your prescription is ready. We no longer accept FAX requests. Please make sure to relay this information to your pharmacy.
